Gasket Process

Gaskets can be manufactured in a multitude of materials and dimensions, which can then be produced using a variety of processes including die cutting, molded, and laser and water-jet cutting.

Die Cutting
Rotary and Clicker Press die cutting equipment can produce high-quality, high-volume, close-tolerance parts.

Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is used when a complex prototype or project requiring precision and intricacy is needed which was not previously possible with traditional die cutting processes.

Water-jet Cutting
Water-jet cutting provides a cleaner cut edge on thick rubber materials without the edge concavity that is characteristic of die cutting.
