High Thermal Conductive Graphite Sheet at High Temperatures

Flexible-Graphite-Paper-Pure-graphite-paperAs the electronic products upgrade rapidly, in order to satisfy the great demands of the miniaturizing, highly integrated and thermal management technique of high performance electronic equipment, Wealson introduced the new technology of electronic products–high thermal conductive graphite sheet.

The advantages of this brand new cooling solution are high thermal efficiency, small footprint, light weight, uniform thermal conductivity in both directions, “hot spots” elimination, heat source and components shielding. In addition, it improves the performance of consumer electronics products. By uniform heat distribution on two-dimensional plane, the high thermal conductive graphite sheet can transfer heat effectively. Upon this surface, heat can be transferred and be taken away by outside cooling media, which ensure the components work in a sustainable temperature.

Main application:

Lap-top, high-power LED lighting, flat panel displays, digital cameras, mobile phones, for personal assistant devices, etc.

High thermal conductive graphite sheet is a thermal interface material which is very thin, synthetically made, has highly thermal conductivity and is made from a highly oriented graphite polymer film. It is ideal for providing thermal management/heat-sinking in limited spaces or to provide supplemental heat-sinking in addition to conventional means. This material is flexible and can be cut into customizable shapes.

The thinnest sheet is 0.012mm, and the highest thermal conductivity is 1900w/m.k. It provides the possibility of electronic products thin type development. High thermal conductive graphite sheet own good reprocess ability, and it can be composited or gelatinized with PET and other sheetic material according to usage. Furthermore, this new graphite sheet can be cut into any shape or bending repeatedly, and apply to fast heat conduction which can transfer the point heat source into a plane heart source.
