The PRP-150 is a kind of efficient liquid anti-scalant which is used in the RO system controlling the scale formation of carbonate, phosphate and iron oxide applicably in different waters. PH-150 combines the advantages of the organic phosphate and polymer dispersion to prevent the hardness and iron oxide scale's formation. The product can prolong the equipments operation period and service life, lowering the operation and the investment cost.
Product Characteristics:
1. Compatibility with flocculants such as organic flocculants, ST flocculants and so on;
2. Valid in controlling the formation of CaCO3, CaSO4, BaSO4, the biggest LSI is 3 at the concentrated water side;
3. Enough dispersion ability to disperse the particle on the surface;

Application Method:
The PRP-150 anti-scalant dosage is decided by the feed water chemistry property, membrane type and system parameter, such as recovery, temperature and pressure etc. These parameters decide the formation of the system's scale.
In order to attain the best result, recommended addition place is before the static state mix or the protective filter, and the biggest dilution destiny is 10%, diluting by the product water. PRP-150 dosage that the influent flow is proportional to the feed flow is continuous.
