Clean Procedure:
1,Do the preparatory work well and based on the condition of the system's foulness, according to a certain proportion to dilute.
2,The cleaning solution circulates at least 1 hour everytime in the system and the membrane must be dipped in the solution at least 2 hours;
3,The clean solution’s temperature elevation is advantageous to improve the clean effect and the temperature must be less than 40℃;
4,When cleaning the pump pressure must be less than 4.2Kg/cm2, each pressure vessel recommended speed of flow: 4 inch 2.1m3/h; 8 inch 8.0m3/h
5,After cleaning must use the product water to flush the membrane at least 30 minutes under low pressure;
6,When the system reputs the operation, the first 15 minutes product water should be throwed away.
