The PH-020 is a kind of secure effective biocide, possessing the broad biocide nature.It cannot produce the hidden danger which creates to the system like bromine, iodine, peroxide or peracetic acid and so on. Because of its unique chemical characteristic, only needs very few dosage when killing the bacterias.

Application Method:
Follow the three methods
1, Continuous Addition:
Before pouring into the protective filter, the use dosage is 3-5ppm.Meanwhile according to the actual situation it can be changed into batch-type addition, for example it can be poured for several hours, or one time two days and this can reduce the operating cost and control bacterium breeding well.
2, Soaking:
The biocide should be changed into disinfectant 1% solution(for CA membrane pH value 4～6 ) which is poured into the system by low pressure pump, soaking for 1 hour, but if the system pollution is serious, it should be soaked more time. Then wash for 15 minutes with product water.
Attention: Before soaking the system should be washed by acid, removing the hydroxide which exists on the membrane surface possibly. After soaking the system should be cleaned by the high pH cleaning agent, removing the corpse and the organic detritus.
3,Circulation Cleaning:
The biocide should be changed into disinfectant 20% solution, circularly cleaning with low pressure for 1 hour at least,and this way cannot be used for CA membrane.
