Properties:
The HIGH YOUNG PRP009 is a highly effective antiscalant developed to control metal oxide and silica scale. It has high antiscale effects and not react with residual organic flocculants to form insoluble polymer. This product can inhibit the scale deposit on membrane surface, improve the quantity and quality of water supply, lower the operation costs. It’s also suitable for reverse osmose (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) system.
Characteristics:
1. Effectively controls scales including inorganic and the largest permitted LSI value is 2.8 when no acid is added.
2.Compatible with feedwaters that contain aluminum and iron oxides and silicon compounds.
3. Effectively controls iron,aluminum and heavy metal pollutants,and the permitted ferric concentration for inlet water supply can reach to 8.0ppm.
4. Effectively controls the flocculate and deposit of silica.
5.Compatible with all of the leading RO membranes.
6.Extremely good solubility and stability.
7. Effective in range of pH value 5-10.

Application Method：
The PRP009 dosage is decided by the water quality and the entire analysis report of the RO system.It can widely control the calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate,barium sulfate,strontium sulfate,calcium fluoride and so on in the dosage scope.
