Desulfurization Principle
The coal contains sulfur, so when burning it generates sulfide and SO2 . And the sulfide is corrosive to the metal, SO2 which corrodes metal and sulfur dioxide which is one of the main atmosphere hazards. When this desulfurizer for bunker coal burns it can react with the sulfur to generate solidstate sulphate,and the solidstate sulphate seeps into slag. Through this the sulfur dioxide in the smoke decreases obviously,it is tested that with this desulfurizer in the coal the solidstate sulphate in the slag increased about 60%.
Usage
1.Usage of the desulfurizer aqueous solution
(1). Making solution method: add water first, then mix it continously while add the desulfurizer
(2).General proportion: this desulfurizer/ water=1/5`10
(3). While spray the desulfurizer aqueous solution on the coal turn over the coal seam a little to make it equably mixed
2.Usage of the powdered desulfurizer
(1) If the liquid water content in the mine run coal exceed 12% mix it directly with the coal,
(2) If the liquid water content in the mine run coal is less than 10% mix it with the coal first, then spray some water on the coal
(3). Usage amount: 0.5-15%( desulfurizer/coal)
Note
1. With the desulfurizer in the coal the fire would be powerful and violent, for better use of the heat energy it is suggested slow the boiler grate speed appropriately (generally one gear slower)
2. With this desulfurizer the coal can burn sufficently, so more oxygen is needed, adjust the blast volume approporiately, and reduce the coal seam thickness1-3cm
