Properties:
Polyaspartic acid , a water-soluble polymer, is an effective chelating agent and possesses the properties of chelating polyvalent metal cations. This product contains peptide bond and carboxylic acid groups and there is no phosphor in its molecular formula, therefore it is a kind of environmental biodegradable product, a green water treatment chemical. PASP as a corrosion and scale inhibitor is mainly used in cooling water treatment, reverse osmosis membrane and oil secondary recovery. It can be used in treatment of water with low basicity and low hardness as well as water with high basicity, high hardness, under high temperature and high pH value.
It can also be used as a nutrient absorption intensifier in agriculture. It can improve the effect of pesticide when they are used together. The output of fields using PASP may increase by over 15%, sometimes by 70%, and the quality of the crops is also obviously improved.
